Basically we could charge :

1. Per Claim/Per Statement Basis

2. An agreed upon flat monthly fee based on the average number of patients monthly

3. Full Service percentage schedule basis. An agreed upon percentage of all accounts receivable, therefore you will not be billed until you receive reimbursement from the insurance carriers.
